Welcome to New Hope Slough Ltd
New Hope Slough Ltd is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support within a safe, homely environment for individuals experiencing mental illness. We recognise each service user as a unique individual and support them in developing the skills and confidence to act and think independently.
Through rehabilitation, we empower them to reach their full potential and integrate successfully into the community. Our approach is holistic and resident-centred. Every service user is treated with dignity and respect, while staff build supportive relationships grounded in empathy, non-judgement and genuine warmth.

The core aim of our organisation is to deliver a 24-hour service tailored to the specific physical, emotional, and social needs of each person in our care.
We actively promote the rights of individuals with mental health needs. By valuing their individuality and diversity, we encourage and support service users to live as independently as possible within the community, while always respecting their choices and voices.

All rooms are fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. Optional amenities, such as a telephone line, television, and internet connection, can be arranged if required. Residents are assured complete privacy in their rooms. However, should repair or maintenance be necessary, staff will notify occupants in advance.

House rules include no drugs or alcohol allowed inside the premises, and no threatening behaviour will be accepted.
Staff members are required to knock before entering and request permission. If no response is received, the staff member will announce their entry. This process is carried out in good faith, particularly when there are concerns about the wellbeing or safety of the resident.
